Website overhaul
Beginning in March of 2022, I was contracted by Peaceful Pines Pet Memorials LLC to create and connect a brand new website. This included creating a fresh brand and a much more user-friendly website. The new website also had to include the option for online commerce.
I quickly conducted my UI and UX research & observation to identify the areas of issue with the current website (see screenshots at the bottom of this page) and correct those issues with a new website platform and a much more organized website layout.
This contract also included creating business cards and a company flyer which details the offered products and services as well as resources for potential clients.

With a complete overhaul of the company’s brand and website, I worked independently to create a fresh, new website for the client that was updated, modern, easy to navigate and better served the current needs of the company’s clients. With the website update also came a new opportunity for the company: online commerce.
The outdated website.
The company’s original website was created and hadn’t been updated since 2002, when it was under previous ownership. As you can see below, the old website was completely outdated, unorganized and difficult to navigate.
This project was a big undertaking to completely start a new website from scratch, however I was able to complete this new website and launch it in under two months. The new site is still having products added, as e-commerce is new for this company.
